At A4&Z we offer FLAT FEE structure's for each type of service.
Our clients appreciate this no-nonsense, no surprises approach because they always know upfront how much they will pay. With flat-fee pricing, we are able to keep our prices as low as possible for all our clients.
Bookkeeping
Monthly service – $249 (client pays for QuickBooks subscription)
Personal Tax Preparation
Form 1040 (with all required forms & includes 1 state return) – $449
Schedule C – $125 per business
1040 Amendments – we prepared original return – $149, originally prepared by others – $249
State Returns (2 or more) – $99 each state
Extensions – $50 (credited to your tax return fee when we prepare your return).
Business Tax Preparation
Forms 990, 1120, 1120S, 1065 (with all required schedules) – $599 (starting)
Business Amendments – we prepared original return – $199, originally prepared by others – $299
Texas Franchise Tax Return – free with your Business return
Business Extensions – $50 (credited to your tax return fee when we prepare your return).
Business Startup (Texas only)
All forms and filings needed to get your business off the ground – $600 ($300 filing fee paid to the State of Texas plus $300 processing fee)
